Adaptability

The present questionnaire represents a fundamental investigative tool developed as part of an innovative collaboration between Eggup and LUMSA University in Rome, focused on the validation of power skills. This validation process specifically targets four key competencies: individual flexibility, organizational flexibility, individual proactivity, and organizational proactivity. The questionnaire also examines two previously validated competencies: open mindness from the BIG5 model and social intelligence from the VIA model. The goal of this collaboration is to further refine and validate the assessment tools, thereby ensuring an accurate and in-depth analysis of the essential transversal skills for success in today’s work environment.
