The following assessment, derived from studies conducted by the HR Innovation Practice Observatory of the Polytechnic University of Milan, aims to explore and enhance the indispensable soft skills in the workplace transformed by artificial intelligence. Through a detailed analysis, the questionnaire evaluates the ability to effectively interact with advanced technologies, promote continuous innovation, and dynamically adapt to changes in the market and work environments. The questionnaire focuses on four key areas: critical thinking, interaction with AI, conscious decision-making, and digital ethics. Respondents will have the opportunity to identify their dominant cross-cutting skills and areas for improvement, gaining a deeper understanding of their own profile.
