Client Needs

ArredissimA needed a clear and structured understanding of the organizational climate across its different locations, with the goal of assessing employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall well-being.

The company wanted to identify strengths and areas for improvement within its teams by collecting reliable data that could support HR decision-making and guide targeted initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and collaboration among colleagues.

Project Development

Eggup supported ArredissimA in designing and implementing an organizational climate analysis program based on customized surveys, developed to investigate the key dimensions that influence employee well-being and team effectiveness.

The questionnaires were designed to gather insights into areas such as:

Thanks to an intuitive and user-friendly representation of the data, management is equipped with a practical tool to transform survey findings into concrete improvement actions and targeted initiatives.

Project Results and next developments

The project enabled ArredissimA to establish a continuous employee listening process, making organizational climate monitoring more systematic, measurable, and action-oriented.

The analyses highlighted the distinctive characteristics of the different locations, making it possible to identify areas of excellence as well as opportunities for improvement related to collaboration, communication, engagement, and organizational dynamics.

Through customized dashboards, ArredissimA can independently access an aggregated and continuously updated view of results, compare locations and organizational groups, monitor the evolution of key indicators over time, and support strategic decision-making with objective and easy-to-interpret data.

Future developments of the project include extending the analysis to locations not yet involved and further consolidating a continuous monitoring model capable of supporting the organization’s growth and the ongoing improvement of the employee experience.
