Welcome to the third section of our onboarding journey, dedicated to reporting. In this part, we will guide you through the various reporting options that Eggup provides to help you analyze and interpret the data collected from your assessments. Ready to discover how to make the most of our reports?
The individual report contains several important sections that will help you better understand the soft skills analyzed.
The cover page includes the test title, execution date, and respondent’s name, while the first page displays the test title and description, along with a brief overview of the report’s contents.
The second page focuses on the soft skills identified as strengths and areas for growth for the respondent. Its goal is to simplify the information in the document to facilitate understanding and planning of potential development paths. Additionally, for each of the four key areas identified, two practical suggestions are provided to strengthen the soft skill.
On the third page, you will find the list of soft skills and their corresponding scores, including the coverage index. The coverage index, statistically speaking, is the calculation of the average minus the standard deviation. This means that the higher and more consistent the results, the higher the coverage index. If the results vary significantly between high and low values, the coverage index will be penalized by this variability.
The fourth page provides a graphical representation of the different areas and their associated skills. At the center is the coverage index. The bold numbers within the circle represent the average of the areas. The page also includes percentage data for the weight of the core skills, along with their respective scores, titles, and the indication of the corresponding areas. The graph highlights the two key skills: one strength and one growth area.
From page 5 onward, we can find in-depth information about the analyzed areas, with descriptions and associated skills along with their respective declarations (not describing the score).
If activated in the report, the Smart Coach follows on the last two pages. You can choose to find seven inspirational contents (including TED Talks, podcasts, songs, films, books, courses, biographies of famous people) related to one of the growth points and seven related to one of the strengths. The page will show a brief description of why that specific content was selected, along with a button leading to the content itself.
From this overview, it is clear that the individual report not only provides quantitative data but also enriches the experience with personalized suggestions and inspirational resources for personal improvement. This report serves as a tool to stimulate both personal and professional growth, providing individuals with the necessary tools to navigate and maximize their development. By using the report as a guide for individual progress, respondents are better equipped to move toward their professional and personal goals.
