The HR version of the report includes several important sections that will help you better understand the soft skills analyzed and approach the recruitment and development process with useful observation tools, such as behavioral indicators and follow-up questions. Let’s examine it together.
The cover page of the HR report includes the test title, execution date, and respondent’s name, while the first page displays the test title and description, along with a brief overview of the report’s contents.
On the second page, you will find the list of soft skills and their corresponding scores, including the coverage index. As we saw in the previous video, the coverage index is the calculation of the average minus the standard deviation. This means that the higher and more consistent the results, the higher the coverage index. If the results vary significantly between high and low values, the coverage index will be penalized by this variability.
The third page, on the other hand, provides a graphical representation of the different areas and their associated skills. At the center is the coverage index. The bold numbers within the circle represent the average of the areas. The page also includes percentage data for the weight of the core skills, along with their respective scores, titles, and the indication of the corresponding areas. The graph also highlights the two key skills: one strength and one growth area.
From page four onward, you will find in-depth information about the analyzed areas with descriptions, and the associated skills along with their respective declarations. For each soft skill, the following will be included:
-
- Four behavioral indicators, developed based on the elements that define the skill. These indicators allow HR to make a direct comparison between the responses to the candidate’s self-report questionnaire and the observable behaviors during the assessment.
- Four follow-up questions, formulated as open-ended questions, designed to further explore relevant aspects of the skill in question.
The Eggup HR report, rich in details such as behavioral indicators and follow-up questions, is a valuable tool for accurately assessing human resources competencies. Each section of the report has been designed to provide not only quantitative data but also qualitative insights that enhance the ability to observe and make decisions within the organizational context. Using these tools effectively means taking a step toward more informed and strategic HR management.
