In the “Organization” section, we will explore the organizational overview, helping you navigate your account dashboard and learn how to edit your profile to customize your account’s brand identity.
In the “Assessment” section, we will guide you through an overview of the questionnaires available in your account, providing a detailed guide to the available assessments. You’ll learn how to deliver a questionnaire and use the Smart Coach, our self-development tool, to send personalized recommendations to your team. Additionally, we’ll cover how to deliver the Portrait image-based questionnaire.
For results, we’ll provide a comprehensive overview of how to analyze questionnaire outcomes, with a focus on sorting and filtering options to optimize data visualization. You’ll learn how to select and download results in CSV format and generate detailed reports, both in the respondent and HR versions.
Lastly, we’ll explore additional options, such as delivering a questionnaire via a link to easily invite participants, and how to customize your branding by setting icons and logos in reports.
In the second module, we will explore other types of assessments available on our platform. We’ll discuss the 360-degree evaluation, which provides a comprehensive assessment of skills, and the psychometric tests, which measure your team’s logical abilities.
The third module is dedicated to reporting. We’ll guide you through the platform’s reporting options, including individual reports, HR reports, and team reports.
Finally, in the fourth module, we will focus on soft skills mapping. We’ll guide you through the entire soft skills mapping process and show you how to use role profiles effectively.
